Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the 2026/2027 school year in Oxford, AL. This onsite role offers an excellent opportunity to work directly with students in a dynamic school setting, serving a growing caseload and collaborating closely with staff and families to support individualized education programs (IEPs).
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services to students based on their IEP goals
- Manage a caseload currently between 30-35 students, with potential to increase to 70 in the next school year
- Conduct and participate in IEP meetings with school staff and parents to discuss student progress and set goals
- Deliver all services onsite, supporting the schools transition from virtual to in-person therapy
Qualifications:
- Certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience working as an SLP in a school setting
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educational staff and families
- Ability to manage an expanding caseload efficiently
Location: Oxford, AL
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Contract Type: School year contract for the 2026/2027 academic year
