This contract opportunity runs from August 12, 2026, through May 20, 2027, with a schedule totaling 28 hours across 4 to 5 days per week. Contribute to successful student outcomes as you work closely with a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting a dynamic elementary-age caseload and empowering students to thrive academically and personally.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting, preferably with elementary-aged children
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility in adapting to each student’s unique needs
• Basic understanding of educational accommodations and modifications
• Skilled in supporting virtual service providers (such as remote SLPs)
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Reliability and commitment to the duration of the assignment

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day assistance to students, both in small groups and individually, as directed
• Support the implementation of classroom activities and individualized plans
• Assist students in connecting with and participating in virtual speech therapy sessions
• Track and document student progress and communicate with instructional staff
• Help maintain a safe, supportive learning environment for all students
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to execute student goals
