We are seeking a proactive Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional on-site service and support. The Technician will drive service excellence to improve customer satisfaction, maximize retention, and support profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional on-site service and customer support during scheduled visits and dispatches.
• Execute work according to assigned schedules and workflow priorities.
• Install, repair, maintain, and test equipment and systems in the field.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, piping, and heating system issues; determine and implement appropriate solutions.
• Experience with PVC and iron piping systems.
• Diagnose electrical components of pool systems.
• Diagnose piping issues in pool systems.
• Diagnose faults in gas heaters and electric heat pumps.
• Complete timely, accurate, and detailed service reports for each job.
• Safely operate company vehicle(s) and utilize field automation/mobile service systems.
• Collaborate with the technical team and share relevant information with the Service/Maintenance Department.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear recommendations and briefings to customers and leadership.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional service and communication.
• Provide quotes for parts and labor as required.
• Perform warranty work and other assigned duties as needed.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with pool/mechanical/electrical systems.
• Effective communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Work Schedule (5-day work week): Monday - Friday 7:00 am 4:00 pm; overtime as needed depending on jobs

Education, Licensure and Experience Requirements:

• Driver License (required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Proven Pool Field Service experience
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Certified Pool Technician is a plus.

Pay : Based on experience, knowledge, and certifications. Eligible for performance-based pay increases and bonus.

Experience:

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Certified Pool Technician (CPT)
• Service Technician: 2 year
• Mechanical Trade Knowledge: 1 year
• Electrical Trade Knowledge: 1 year
