Ideal candidates will help ensure clients receive responsive and professional support throughout their interactions with the firm.
The Client Services Representative at Wilson, Drinkard & Drinkard, LLC will be an integral part of our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients, managing inquiries, and supporting internal coordination, both in-office and remotely as assigned. This position is suited for a detail-oriented professional who values clear communication, organization, and confidentiality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Collect, verify, and document client information accurately and securely.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate client communications across multiple channels.
- Route client inquiries to appropriate staff members in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Assist with client intake and follow-up processes in accordance with firm procedures.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective client support.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach in all client interactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, client intake, or administrative support is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment while remaining responsive and accountable.
