Location : Birmingham, Alabama (Onsite/Hybrid) Job description :
Looking for a Candescent application consultant with techno-functional expertise in the application and associated transaction gateway.
This role will be primarily responsible for providing L2/L3 support across Candescent application spectrum including trouble shooting issues, support during outages and integration with Candescent application - Transaction Gateway 4.4.0.24 and other peripheral systems. Required Skills:
- Strong techno-functional experience with the Candescent application .
- Hands-on experience supporting Transaction Gateway (v4.4.0.24) .
- Proven experience in L2/L3 production support and outage management.
- Solid understanding of transaction processing and system integrations.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
