Qualifications

·The ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, some holidays, and weekends
·Must have an ability to maintain a positive attitude
·Must be well organized
·Strong communication skills are a must
Responsibilities
·A Receptionist is responsible for creating a first impression when members enter the clubhouse
·A Receptionist will greet members with a smile and a warm welcome to start off each experience when entering the clubhouse

·Greeting members/guest
·Managing security and telecommunications systems
·Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
·Transferring calls as necessary
·Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
·Managing meeting room availability
·Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail
·Taking reservations for dining
·Handling transcription, printing, photocopying, and faxing

Title: ReceptionistReports to: Club ManagerPart time position
$13 – $16 hourly (based on experience)A Receptionist is responsible for creating a first impression when members enter the clubhouse.
