Industrial HVAC Technician – Decatur

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of HVAC units and systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance
- Collaborate with team members to complete service calls efficiently and effectively
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding service issues and solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- EPA Universal License required
- Strong motivation and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver's License (required)

- $25–$40/hour DOE + weekly pay
- $500 tool allowance to keep your gear up to date
