Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedic) – Travel
Location: Athens, AL
Position Type: Travel Contract
- Day Shift (8 hours)
- 36 hours guaranteed per week (up to 40 hours expected)
- Overtime requires prior approval
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" isseeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role involves treating a diverse patient population while maintaining high productivity and delivering quality care. Both experienced therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Manage a daily caseload of approximately 12–14 patients
- Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients on exercises, recovery plans, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume caseload
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Open to new graduates
- Open to first-time travelers
