• Collaborate with experienced agents to understand client needs and deliver tailored real estate solutions.
• Participate in property showings and open houses to gain firsthand experience in client interactions.
• Support the team in preparing and reviewing real estate documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Engage in continuous learning through training sessions and workshops to enhance your industry knowledge.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and ideas that drive collective success.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions to support seamless operations.

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues.
• Proven track record of learning new skills quickly, demonstrating adaptability and a growth mindset.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
