Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Tuscaloosa, AL

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in the signage industry to expand our general sales accounts. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers, actively prospect new business opportunities, and maximize sales with existing accounts. This role requires representing the company with expertise, professionalism, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts.

Conduct cold calls, manage leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on sales opportunities.

Present and communicate company products and services in a manner that reflects quality, integrity, and a strong understanding of customer needs.

Follow and adhere to the company’s sales processes and programs.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with management, marketing, and production teams to ensure sales goals and customer objectives are achieved.

Support operational teams as needed and contribute as an active team player.

Explore new markets and opportunities to increase market penetration and drive business growth.

Travel locally and nationally as required (primarily day trips).

Represent the company at trade shows to showcase products and services.

Work a flexible schedule, typically 45–60 hours per week depending on project volume.

Qualifications:

Background in the signage industry with knowledge of signage products and solutions.

Prior sales experience in signage preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to identify and meet customer needs.

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.

Valid state driver’s license required.
