• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Previous experience working in a school environment preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ behavioral needs and develop individualized behavioral intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative services for students requiring behavioral support
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement evidence-based interventions
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
• Offer training and support to staff regarding behavior strategies and best practices
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families to build positive relationships
