Riverstone Realty Group, a top-performing real estate team in Hoover, Alabama, is seeking a High-Level Executive Assistant to manage transactions, systems, and daily operations, keeping the team running smoothly while our agents focus on selling.
Compensation:
- $60,000 – $70,000 annually
- Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays (KW Calendar)
- Growth Opportunity
$60,000 - $70,000 base salary
Responsibilities:- Oversee and maintain the client database and CRM to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records
- Manage recurring client touchpoints and referral mailouts
- Coordinate client appreciation events throughout the year
- Serve as the primary liaison between the team and our social media company
- Execute all administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism
- Collaborate effectively with vendors, team members, and market center staff to support seamless daily operations
- Self-starter with initiative and independence
- Excellent writing and composition skills
- Expert in systems and transaction management
- Detail-oriented and proactive with timely follow-ups
- Versatile across admin, events, and client support
