Key Responsibilities
- Lease apartment homes to students and achieve monthly leasing goals
- Conduct in-person and virtual apartment tours
- Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and text to close leases
- Maintain accurate prospect data in Entrata or property management systems
- Support marketing initiatives and campus outreach efforts
- Assist with renewals, move-ins, and resident events
- Maintain leasing office and model apartment standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and parents
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in apartment leasing, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable working weekends during peak leasing season
- Goal-oriented and performance-driven
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; Entrata experience preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
