Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
- Support other technicians and staff as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Previous experience in a technical or maintenance role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
