Office Runner for Law Firm

Full Time 40 hours and Part-time positions 15-20 hours a week
We are seeking self-motivated runner with an upbeat attitude to join our team. In this position, you will deliver documents, travel locally to purchase supplies, take and get legal files from other law firms and deliver legal documents to courthouses. You will perform clerical tasks such as making copies of documents, distributing mail, cleaning, making coffee, etc. You may also be required to perform word processing tasks and data entry. Weekly mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
- Refill copy machines with paper.
- Capable of lifting at least 35 lbs., be able to push, or pull objects that weigh 50 lbs., with hand trucks.
- Restocks conference rooms and kitchen with drinks and ice.
- Misc. cleaning tasks.
- Scan documents.
- Make lunch runs.
- Take or retrieve legal documents to/from various locations.
- Purchase supplies from local vendors.
- Complete other misc. tasks.
Requirements:
· Be 18 years or older, have a valid driver license and clean driving record.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Consistent, professional dress, and attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
