As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Provide accurate and timely information about our services, pricing, and policies

- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, making payments, and completing necessary paperwork

- Maintain client records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex or escalated client issues

- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to clients

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection guidelines

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
