We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression for all visitors and clients as the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrating a warm and welcoming demeanor while efficiently managing multiple administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area at all times.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about company services and policies.
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
