Shift: 8:00am-5pm, M-Fri - weekends as needed
Must-Haves:
Hardware troubleshooting experience
- Deployment and Imaging SCCM experience
- Windows operating experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Pick up 50lbs and walk across hospitals
Day-to-Day:
- Install and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and software.
- Diagnose hardware/software/network issues.
- Provide user support and training.
- Document technical issues and resolutions.
