Taziki's Mediterranean Café is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while helping attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across our restaurants and Restaurant Support Center. This is an opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying top talent, partnering with business leaders, and creating an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding. You'll play a key role in developing recruiting strategies, building talent pipelines, supporting employer branding initiatives, and helping ensure our restaurants have the leaders they need to succeed. This hybrid position may be based in either our Birmingham, AL or Nashville, TN market and requires regular travel between markets and restaurant locations.

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for restaurant management and Restaurant Support Center positions.
- Partner with Operations Leadership and hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Source, screen, interview, and recommend high-quality candidates.
- Build proactive talent pipelines across multiple markets.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and community partnerships.
- Represent Taziki's at career fairs, recruiting events, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiatives.
- Manage job postings across recruiting platforms and maintain recruiting workflows.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and administer the Applicant Tracking System (R365 Hire) and recruiting records.
- Manage onboarding administration, including I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and new hire documentation.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, applicant flow, interview activity, offer acceptance rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Partner with Human Resources and Operations Leadership to continuously improve recruiting strategies, hiring processes, and candidate quality.
- Support employer branding initiatives and help promote Taziki's as an employer of choice.
- Participate in special recruiting projects and organizational initiatives that support the continued growth of the company.
- Consistently fill open positions within established hiring timelines.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple markets.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Taziki's culture and values.
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and Operations Leadership.
- Maintain accurate recruiting systems, onboarding records, and compliance documentation.
- Utilize recruiting data and metrics to improve hiring effectiveness and sourcing strategies.
- Strengthen Taziki's employment brand through proactive recruiting and community engagement.
- Contribute to a recruiting function that consistently attracts high-quality talent.
- 3–5+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Human Resources, or related experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience building recruiting pipelines and sourcing passive candidates.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technology.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and balancing competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and identify trends.
- Multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, retail, or service industry recruiting experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of I-9 and E-Verify processes preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Reside in either the Birmingham, AL or Nashville, TN market.
- Travel approximately 30-40% , based on business needs.
- Travel regularly between Birmingham and Nashville, as well as other company markets, as needed.
- Attend career fairs, hiring events, networking opportunities, and recruiting initiatives.
- Visit restaurant locations and Restaurant Support Center offices to partner with Operations Leadership and hiring managers.
- Support recruiting efforts for new restaurant openings and market expansion.
- Occasionally travel overnight for recruiting events, training, or organizational meetings.
- Maintain reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout assigned markets.
- Builds meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
