HomeFirst Home Healthcare provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in the state of Alabama. We are looking to serve primarily in the Bibb, Chilton, Perry, and Hale counties and seeking to add a Physical Therapist PRN to our clinical field team.

Overview

As a home health Physical Therapist, you would be responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting. You will work directly with patients in their homes, assessing their needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities.

· Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program

· Current Physical Therapist / PT state license within the state of practice

· Minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy experience in an inpatient, outpatient or home healthcare setting; home health industry experience a plus

· Current CPR certification

· Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

· Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills
