• Local Southeast region: GA, TN, and AL markets
• Supported by a tight-knit group of nine other service professionals

What you’ll do

• Perform field service on CNC machine tools: troubleshooting, repairs, installs, and scheduled PMs.
• Handle issues spanning mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
• Deliver on-site customer training and partner with sales for technical support.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of a customer’s organization.
• Uphold Ellison Technologies’ professional and ethical standards.
• Own service cases and projects; keep meticulous customer records and technical documentation.
• Take on related tasks as assigned.

What you’ll bring

• Background installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining and turning centers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in heavy equipment repair.

Tech exposure

• PLCs for diagnostics and integration
• Servo motors and motion control
