**Job Title: CMM Technician** **Job Description** Join a dynamic aerospace contractor in Huntsville, AL as a CMM Technician for full-time employment. Contribute to high-quality standards in precision measurement and inspection. **Responsibilities** + Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines. + Utilize Romer Arm, AS1 Scanner, Leica AT960 and AT402 Laser Trackers for accurate measurements. + Execute or witness test procedures and generate test reports. + Read and interpret drawings, assembly schematics, and specifications. + Prepare handwritten or computer-generated inspection reports. + Generate quality documentation, including inspection reports, bubble prints, Certificates of Conformity, and Non-Conformance Reports. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in standard measurement equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators. + Experience using Romer Arm, AS1 Scanner, and Leica Laser Trackers. + Fluency in GD&T per ASMEY14.5-2009 standards. + Capability to execute or witness test procedures and generate test reports. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of relevant experience. + Experience with Spatial Analyzer or similar PCMM software is preferred. + Experience in inspection of complex aerospace hardware and non-conforming materials. + Knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems and AS9102 first article inspection. + Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds. **Why Work Here** Enjoy full-time employment after contract completion.
