We are accredited by the British Schools Overseas (BSO), benchmarked against leading international British schools and are able to fully deliver the ECT induction to teachers.The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and efficient Administration Assistant to support the daily operations of our school in Al Rams. This key role involves providing high-quality administrative support to the Heads of School and academic leaders, ensuring smooth coordination across staff, students, and parents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. This is a vital position at the heart of our school community.EssentialBachelors’ degree desirable but not mandatory.Experience of at least 2 years working in a similar position.Bi-lingual - good standard of both English and Arabic (written, reading, and spoken).Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure while delivering excellent outcomes.Confident in using a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.Ability and/or knowledge of school communications apps and software systems (iSams, Dojo, Learning ladders, etc) – desirable but not mandatory.Able to analyse and synthesis key information and data efficiently and accurately.
