Salary:
Westerkamp Group, LLC is a Revenue Cycle Management company focused on hospital billing and collections. We are currently seeking a Medical Office Clerk in our Birmingham, AL office to provide patient and third-party hospital pre-registration services to our clients.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sorting incoming mail and distributing inner office
- Answering door
- Processing Virtual Credit Cards
- Ordering supplies and keeping up with inventory
- Assisting wherever is needed for the departments
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to adhere to strict compliance guidelines related to HIPAA.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities
