Logistics Dispatcher

- Route Optimization: Plan and adjust daily routes via GPS/TMS to maximize fuel efficiency and meet delivery windows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate between warehouse, sales, and customers to provide ETAs and resolve issues.
- Problem Solving: Manage disruptions (breakdowns, weather, I-95 traffic) by rerouting assets and notifying stakeholders.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain digital logs and manifests in accordance with DOT and Maryland regulations.
