Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance patient safety.
• Oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient outcomes and quality indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Mentor, guide, and support nursing staff to foster professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to coordinate patient care and optimize health outcomes.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage nursing schedules to meet patient care needs.
• Participate in performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and staff training initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between staff, residents, and families to facilitate communication and resolve concerns effectively.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience in nursing leadership, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
