Market Manager I (Tuscaloosa)
The Market Manager directs the operations of a full-service retail location, setting the standard for a positive branch environment and excellent member service consistent with Alabama ONE Pillars. This role manages daily branch operations, loan recommendations, member interactions, cash control, and security, while engaging in civic and community activities and partnering with Groups.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum three to five years of related experience that includes leadership and/or supervisory experience; Ability to effectively lead and communicate; Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage daily branch operations; assign and direct retail and platform team; manage communication and establish expectations; confer with members as principal loan officer; oversee member service and location maintenance; represent branch in community activities.
