Haul Truck Operator
Haul Truck Driver – Limestone Quarry
Brierfield, Alabama
We are hiring a Haul Truck Driver to safely transport raw materials within a limestone quarry operation. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment.
What You'll Do:
- Safely operate haul trucks to transport raw stone
- Dump material into crushers, stockpiles, or designated areas
- Perform pre-shift inspections (fuel, oil, tires, etc.)
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any issues
- Assist with general cleanup and plant support as needed
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
What You Need:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Comfortable working in heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Ability to work in dust, noise, and varying weather conditions
- Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork
Preferred:
- 1–2 years of mining, construction, or heavy industrial experience
- Experience operating heavy equipment or haul truck.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work at heights
- Comfortable working in a lime/mineral environment
