Compensation:$125,500 - $192,500 yearly
Responsibilities:- Show properties to prospective buyers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and build strong client relationships.
- Assist in the sales process by providing timely and accurate information to clients.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule property viewings, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Gather and relay feedback from clients to the sales team to enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Utilize company tools and resources to support marketing efforts and client engagement strategies.
- Experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client schedules.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve sales goals.
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and insights.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client engagement and marketing efforts.
