What Youll Do
Chase down new business and close deals
Build your own customer portfolio
Call carriers daily, negotiate rates, and keep freight moving
Grow revenue inside existing accounts
Work with a team that hypes each other up
What You Need
A big personality and a bigger work ethic
Confidence on the phone (Not afraid to make meaningful outbound calls daily)
Strong negotiation skills
Quick thinking and problem-solving

Pay: Base + Uncapped Commission. Base $35,000 per year. Average earnings 60k+ first year 80k+ second year. Often over 100k within three years.
