Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a Public Relations Coordinator to support the planning and execution of strategic communication initiatives. In this role, you will assist in managing brand messaging, coordinating communication campaigns, and ensuring consistent public representation of our clients and projects.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and communication excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating public relations campaigns and communication initiatives

• Support the development of press materials, announcements, and brand messaging

• Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure consistency in brand voice

• Monitor public perception and provide insights to improve communication strategies

• Maintain organized records of communication materials and outreach efforts

• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with company objectives

• Support event coordination and communication logistics when required
