Interacts with all associates, corporate office, CBI subsidiaries, and governmental and private agencies. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Assist managers in staffing all vacancies. Ensure all administrative items are completed according to established guidelines ( i.e., I-9 forms, employment applications). + Assist in the training of management in application of policies and procedure. Assess training needs within the company and coordinate delivery of appropriate information (i.e., computer skills, management skills, etc.) + Function as an associate advocate by representing associates' issues to management as appropriate. Work with management team in resolving associate issues by investigating concerns and sharing resolution alternatives. + Assist in the development and maintenance of company policies and procedures to include effective communications to associates. Advise management of fair and consistent application of all approved policies and procedures. + Ensure benefits are explained to new associates and their enrollment is processed at appropriate time.
