Heavy Equipment Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator for a company based in Jasper AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of equipment (dozer, excavator, etc.) ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment handling and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Work safer and have a productive job. This individual must be able to work with little supervision and is a self-motivator.

Pay Rate
$23 &up (based on experience)

Schedule and Hours
Monday –Friday 40 plus hours

(Weekends Optional)

Heavy Equipment Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be able to communicate with others and have a clean understanding of the task that must be completed
• Maintain equipment
• Service Daily: Fuel and Grease
• Maintenance with your equipment includes clean cabs to clean machines, etc.
• Operate excavators, skid steers and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials
• Deliver dirt, rock, and other materials safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment.
• Excavation when necessary
• Safety is a main priority. We want every person on our job site to be aware of known hazards and the possibility of others.

Heavy Equipment Operator Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as an Equipment Operator
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting or moving heavy loads
