We are seeking a Full Time Operator to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.

Hours: 7:30am -4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Closed on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities :

Ensure quality products while adhering to company guidelines and policies

Read prints and verify products are produced to the correct specification

Use of inspection equipment to monitor the quality of the finished product

Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency

Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machines

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

Load and unload equipment and materials

Shipping and receiving

Overview : A machine operator is responsible for keeping a steady work flow in their assigned department, keeping their department clean and organized, machines running, and doing quality checks on products. A machine operator is necessary and a valued member of our team.

Qualifications :

Maintain a high output and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong work ethic, independent, and able to work without constant supervision

Multi tasker with attention to precision details

Previous experience preferred but not necessary in machine operations or other related fields

Familiarity with plant tools and equipment

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Ability to handle physical workload of 30 - 50lbs.

Desire to work in a shop environment

Driven to learn new tasks and take on new responsibilities

High School diploma or equivalent

Drivers License

Negative Drug Test
