About You

As a manufacturing professional, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals. - Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
- Do you have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate?
- 1+ years of continuous work experience.
- Read and understand written instructions, rules, guidelines, Standard Work Procedures.
- Can read and write basic English, have basic math skills, intermediate computer knowledge with functional proficiency in Microsoft Office, and mechanical aptitude.
- Motivated self-starter takes accountability and ownership of responsibilities.
- Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
- Must be able to pass a Federal and State background check, including a drug screen.
- Must be able to work 12-hours in a multi-functional team, wearing PPE, rotating shifts including: nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime (voluntary or scheduled overtime).
