Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Alabama (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working in a school setting preferred, but strong new graduates welcome to apply

• Effective communicator with students, teachers, and parents
• Collaborative, flexible, and passionate about supporting children’s educational journeys

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain up-to-date records
• Consult with teachers to incorporate OT strategies into classroom routines
• Communicate student progress and recommendations to families and educational staff
• Adapt to changing needs for the upcoming school year as assignments may evolve
