Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable IP backhaul networks to support FTTH services.
- Develop long-term capacity planning models to ensure the network can meet current and future demand for high-speed internet services.
- Continuously monitor network performance and optimize network configurations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
- Serve as a high-level escalation point for network troubleshooting
Skills/Must have:
- 7+ years of experience in IP network design, engineering, and operations, with a focus on backhaul and FTTH networks.
- Expertise in IP routing and switching (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF).
- Strong knowledge of fiber-optic network design, GPON/XGS-PON technologies, and FTTH architecture.
Salary:
- $130,000
