Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, is seeking multiple candidates to support various Project Offices (PO) within the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Aviation (PEO AV). Positions may include Engineers, Analysts, Logisticians, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and various Programmatic Support positions. These positions will be located in Huntsville, AL, and are contingent upon contract award.

Job Responsibilities/Duties may include:

• Provide technical support services, systems engineering, and other acquisition-related support services to PEO AV PO, ensuring program compliance with regulations.
• Provide subject matter expertise for specific PEO AV weapons systems to the PO; interface and coordinate with the Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), the Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC), the PEO AV HQ, other Government agencies, and other aviation contractors.
• Perform analysis, reviews, evaluations/recommendations, and/or contributions to Working Groups and Integrated Product Teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support logistics planning and support (e.g. risk provisioning, technical publications, fielding, New Equipment Training (NET), Reliability/Availability/Maintainability (RAM) assessments, Obsolescence tracking and prevention).
• Perform Budget Estimates, track Contract Deliverables, draft contract letters, track current budget obligations and expenditures, and support POM development.

Required Experience:

• Experience working on Department of Defense Acquisition Programs, preferably in the PEO Aviation portfolio.
• Degree requirements and years of experience will vary by position.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and have/able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
