Job Title: Visual Inspection Operator
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Visual Inspection Operator to join our production team. This role is critical to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety before reaching our customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, following detailed procedures, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual visual inspections of finished products to identify defects or nonconformities.
• Operate basic machinery and tools according to established protocols.
• Perform routine tasks such as product sampling, labeling, and final packaging.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of equipment by preparing materials and following instructions.
• Support quality assurance efforts by adhering to strict standards and documentation practices.
• Follow safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Record numerical data accurately and perform basic math calculations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

• Experience in visual inspection and quality control.
• Ability to follow established processes and work within given settings or parameters.
• Familiarity with personal protection equipment (PPE) usage.
• Basic math skills for accurate data recording.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration.

• Experience in a lab setting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, cleanroom, laboratory, chemical handling, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with chemical testing, regulatory standards, wet chemistry, and chemistry.

This position is based in a pharmaceutical lab with a cleanroom environment, requiring 100% on-site presence. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with potential for overtime and holiday work. There may be shift changes in the future. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Birmingham, AL.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Birmingham,AL.
