Executive Assistant Opportunities
Mobile, AL | Full-Time | $49,000-$62,000+ DOE

Now recruiting for multiple Executive Assistant openings with a large, well-established organization in Mobile. These opportunities support senior leadership and vary in focus, but all require professionalism, strong organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Openings may include support for:
• Senior executive leadership
• Operations and physician leadership
• Nursing leadership

Responsibilities may include:
• Complex calendar management and scheduling
• Meeting coordination, agendas, and minutes
• Preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence
• Heavy use of Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Tracking projects, deadlines, and follow-up items
• Handling confidential and sensitive information
• Supporting meetings, leadership initiatives, and special projects
• Event planning, employee recognition activities, and internal functions for some roles
• Professional interaction with executives, employees, and visitors

Qualified candidates may have experience as:
• Executive Assistant
• Senior Administrative Assistant
• Office Manager
• Administrative Coordinator
• Executive Coordinator

Ideal candidates will have:
• Previous experience supporting executive-level leadership
• Strong Excel, Outlook, and Word skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Event planning experience is a plus for some openings

Compensation ranges from approximately $49,000-$62,000+ annually depending on experience and the specific role.
