Worksite Benefits Enrollment Rep — Training Provided | Hiring This Week

You’ll run 1:1 worksite enrollments (union + small business accounts): explain benefits clearly, enroll, and follow up.

If You’re Nervous
Don’t be. We don’t expect you to walk in knowing this. Training is step-by-step, coaching is daily, and you’ll run the same workflow until it’s second nature.

What You’ll Do

• Run 1:1 worksite enrollments for union accounts + small businesses
• Ask questions, document needs, and explain benefits clearly (life + supplemental health)
• Complete applications, submit clean paperwork, and correct missing items fast
• Follow up after enrollment and support clients long-term
• Build referrals inside accounts and help expand worksites over time

The Workflow
Schedule → Enroll → Submit → Fix Missing → Support
