Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support a diverse student population in a school setting located in Odenville, AL. This position offers a part-time schedule, working four days a week from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and involves providing speech and language services to a learning center caseload of 49 students. The caseload includes a high-needs group mostly comprised of 5th graders and younger students, along with some high school students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to students with various communication needs.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of both younger children and high school students.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.

Qualifications:

• Valid Alabama Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• Experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with varying levels of need.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Location & Work Environment:This onsite contract position is based in a school environment in Odenville, Alabama. Flexibility for hybrid or VOCO arrangements may be considered based on candidate availability.
