Job Description:
Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Applications is required along with basic computer skills.
• Monday - Friday, start and end time will be discussed, but generally 8 am-5 pm with lunch.
• Lezerage extensive experience to provide expert-level clerical and administrative support, ensuring the seamless operation of the office and contributing to overall productivity.
• Take charge of managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with precision, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to designated recipients.
• Demonstrate mastery in data entry tasks, including updating records, spreadsheets, and databases, maintaining accurate and up-to- date documentation.
• Exhibit a high level of proficiency in office organization, encompassing filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining orderly workspaces to enhance efficiency.
• Extend a warm and professional welcome to visitors and guests, creating a positive first impression and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Independently handle incoming calls, directing them efficiently to the appropriate individuals or departments, and providing assistance and information as needed.
• Take charge of coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, showcasing advanced time management skills to support staff and optimize visitor experiences.
• Oversee all administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, managing inventory levels, and ensuring operational needs are met in a seamless manner.
• Exceptional proficiency in computer skills and mastery of office software applications.
