Retail Sales Associate

We’re hiring a Retail Sales Associate who understands that great customer engagement experiences lead to great sales and great sales lead to customer retention. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, loves the wireless and cellular industry, influencing decisions, and creating meaningful interactions that drive results.

What You’ll Do:

• Create engaging, personalized wireless and cellular sales experiences for customers

• Educate customers on products and services while guiding purchase decisions

• Build trust and long-term customer relationships

• Support sales initiatives through strong customer interactions

• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to influence and persuade through conversation

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
