**Job Description**
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is Oracle's next-generation enterprise cloud platform, delivering high-performance, secure, and scalable compute, networking, AI, storage, and development services. The Data Services team powers core data systems enabling Oracle engineers and customers to build, deploy, and scale cloud applications with confidence.
**What you'll do**
We are seeking a VP of Product Management to lead product messaging, strategy, developer advocacy, and go-to-market activities for Oracle Cloud's Developer Platform. This role oversees a wide portfolio of developer and observability tools used daily by tens of thousands of internal and external developers to build, manage, and operate both traditional and cloud-native services across Oracle's diverse customer base.
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Developer Platform, you will collaborate closely with your peer engineering leaders to drive product strategy, shape the product roadmap, define new products, and lead developer advocacy initiatives. You will play the key role in defining how our platform integrates advanced capabilities, such as agentic AI, to empower developers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep understanding of-and empathy for-the daily needs of software developers and operators, with a focus on enhancing developer productivity and satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
**Specific responsibilities include:**
+ Understand customer and market needs. Contribute customer, product and market knowledge to inform decisions on product vision and strategy.
+ Translate market requirements into technical requirements for engineering teams.
+ Be the voice and the mission of the product inside and outside Oracle, to include analysts, customers and partners/accountants, and conference/industry event communications where detailed product knowledge is required.
+ Build and maintain a roadmap that is aligned with the vision and strategy while adhering to product management methodology for roadmap definition, documentation, communication, and governance.
+ Understand and analyze market offerings and competitor capabilities.
+ Responsible for the end to end commercial success of the product or category - delivering targeted revenues.
+ Lead product governance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. This is a critical part of the role which ensures that the program of work is executed in order to achieve the critical metrics set for the product: P&L, NPS, growth by region and by channel, and so forth.
+ Deliver the product - be accountable for the delivery of the product from requirement to usage and in-life management.
+ Balance driven advantage, customer need and pure innovation.
+ Lead across Oracle global marketing, product marketing and product development organizations to optimize message consistency and delivery.
+ Lead and mentor a team of Product Management Executives, helping them grow their skills and maximize their impact. Coach and lead the team that builds remarkable products.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $200,000 to $457,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
