Russell Tobin's client a corrugated packaging company is hiring a Production Clerk in Lanett, AL.

Job Title: Production Clerk

Pay Rate: $19- $20.60 per hour

Assignment Length: Approximately 2–4 months

Schedule: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (some flexibility available)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative / Clerical Support Specialist to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry, tracking, and reporting
• Communicate effectively with leadership, scheduling, customer service, and production teams
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
• Assist in problem-solving to support smooth daily operations
• Work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong Excel skills, including data sorting and formatting
• General computer proficiency
