Accounts Payable Specialist- Full-Time
Are you someone with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail? Do you enjoy the sense of having a task list and marking it complete? We are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to perform the following tasks:
- Accounts Payable matching and entry for both inventory and operating expenses
- Manage vendor communications and relationships related to invoices and statements
- Monthly reconciling of invoices paid and open receivers
- Basic accounting system entries
- Updates and tracking using internal documents
No accounting degree required.
Recent experience in an accounting department working with Accounts Payable is highly desired.

- Quick learner that takes coaching well
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and Word
- Self-motivated and confident
- Enjoys problem solving

Compensation: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
