Warehouse Specialist

Sangoma, a leading provider of business communications solutions, is seeking detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Specialists to join our operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain and warehouse processes. Your Role:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse to optimize space and efficiency.
• Prepare and package outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
• Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and document incoming and outgoing products.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional warehouse training or certification is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Good understanding of inventory management systems and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages as needed. Up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills; experience with barcode scanners or inventory software is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• We value transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. For this role, we offer a salary range of $33,000 to $41,600 per year,($16 to $20 an hour) commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
