- Moving Violations are on a point system
- No DUI/DWI’s in the last 5 years
- Automatic DQ’s: recent at fault rollover in the past year & No failed D.O.T alcohol/drug test lifetime
- NO FELONIES or MISDEMEANOR EVER - NO ACCEPTION
