- Install, troubleshoot and/or repair plant electrical equipment which will include but not be limited to:
- \n
- Interior and exterior lighting (120V, 277V, 480V) \n
- Electrical distribution & motor control systems up to 480V AC \n
- Three phase motors up to 480V \n
- Control circuits and equipment (PLC's, sensors, etc) utilizing voltages of 24VDC or 120VAC. \n
\n - Assist contractor services with maintenance of plant fire and security systems. \n
- Install necessary conduit, wiring and industrial electrical components. \n
- Perform and ensure integrity of Preventative Maintenance (PM's) on applicable sitewide electrical equipment. \n
- Gather and analyze technical data and recommend needed repairs or modifications on production electrical equipment. Update electrical drawings for equipment modifications. (ie. red line drawings). \n
- Establish or modify work procedures including PM's to meet the demands of the site. \n
- Make recommendations to improve maintenance and production operations. \n
- Create corrective work notifications in SAP for all production equipment. \n
- \n
- High School Diploma or GED with 5 years commercial or industrial (preferred) electrical experience OR Associate/Technical degree or apprenticeship completion in a related Industrial Electrical Maintenance field . \n
- Experience in operating aerial manlifts & working at heights up to 50'. \n
- Experience in the fabrication and installation of galvanized rigid conduit. \n
- Proficiency using a digital multimeter. \n
